We’ve had such an incredible experience with Dr. Beglin and his entire team. They’ve been nothing but kind, professional, and truly caring with each of my kids. The office is always welcoming and runs so smoothly. My children actually look forward to their appointments — which says a lot! Dr Beglin and his staff are the best you will find in Carson City! We feel so fortunate to have found them. They have taken care of multiple children in our family and their work is exceptional. My dentist only refers to them for this reason. I just had one child get their braces off...her teeth look so good! My son just got his braces on and he said, "Mom, make sure you give them a high rating because they are so nice!" They really are great with kids/teens and are so personable with our whole family. You will be so lucky to get in and have your ortho done with Dr Beglin!

Dr. Belgian may be wonderful, but his receptionist has been a challenge to work with. My son had an appointed on 4/30, and we are still waiting on a retainer. I called to check-in 5/28 and was told I just needed to be patient. I stopped by today and was told it was lost in shipping, but that it was shipped a long time ago. I would have appreciated someone actually looking into the situation when I inquired in May. Instead I had to stop by today to get any clarification about what is going on. I understand things happen, but I have been made to feel like an inconvenience through this whole process. I was even told today that they are having trouble because of the type of retainer that we need. I was told that they usually don’t work with the type of retainer that my son needs to stabilize his palate. I have been made to feel like it is our fault this process has been a challenge. 1. I really don’t like being blamed in this situation, and 2. The practice could have told us to consult a different orthodontist if they weren’t comfortable providing the service/retainer. I would rather work with a provider who is up front and honest.
